Shipping:
Every effort is made to ship via the most inexpensive option. Tracking information will be provided, once the quilt is shipped.
For Longarm Services: I live in Brooklyn, NY and would be happy to receive your quilt top and backing by mail. I'd recommend sending your materials enclosed in some kind of sack or bag to protect against possible moisture in transit and then placed in a hard-sided cardboard box.
Return shipping: I will send your quilt back to you via USPS Priority mail (using flat rate when possible/economical). Priority mail comes with $50 of insurance and a tracking number but please indicate on your “Book A Quilt” form if you would like me to buy any additional insurance on your behalf.
Production Time:
Readymade quilts are shipped within 1-3 business days. Custom quilts are made-to-order and ship in 3-6 months.
Longarm Services wait time depends on how many quilts are in the queue before yours; I’ll communicate an estimated finish date in response to your initial “book longarm services” questionnaire.
Custom Quilts Deposit:
A 50% deposit is required before beginning work on all custom quilts. The remainder, plus shipping, is due upon shipment of the finished quilt.
Payments:
After the work is complete, I will invoice you via PayPal.
Returns:
Ready-Made Quilts may be returned within 30 days, for any reason. They must be unused and undamaged. Refunds will be provided within 5 business days, minus the cost of shipping.
