Density

How dense would you like your quilting design? Remember, the higher the density, the more stiff the final quilt will be. (Typically bed/sofa quilts will have medium or low density designs, for maximum coziness. Wall-hangings or display quilts will be quilted more densely).

If you’d like me to choose, write “no preference”. I will generally try to match the thread to the fabrics in your quilt that are lightest in value, using neutrals a lot.

Batting

The batting I stock is on a 90" roll. I will use only what is needed for your quilt (smallest side + a 5" margin) and charge per inch.

I use USPS Priority shipping to return quilts (if not arranging pick up locally). It comes with $50 of insurance and a tracking number. Please indicate below if you would like me to purchase additional insurance on your behalf (added to the invoice when work is complete).

I'd love to promote your beautiful work! If you are comfortable allowing me to share pictures of your quilt on social media, click yes! Please list the pattern name, pattern designer, any specialty fabrics that your quilt features so that I may properly credit those artists. Don't forget to include your own social media handles! If your quilt is a gift and needs to be kept secret until a certain date, please indicate that as well.
